Crystal Reflexology
Working with crystals is a particularly special experience. Intuitively selected crystals are used to massage the feet, work the reflex points and balance the chakras via the feet. This deeply calming and relaxing treatment works on a physical and energetic level to balance your mind, body and spirit bringing an inner calm and stillness.
Leaving you with an improved sense of emotional and physical wellbeing, reflexology also helps aide in the release of stress and tension, improving sleep and mood.
How does Crystal Reflexology work?
The feet, when put together, reflect a mirror image of the body’s anatomy and physiology. Crystals are selected tailored to you and used to apply pressure techniques to specific nerve endings, or reflexes, on the feet which correspond to certain organs, systems and glands in the body. Toxins can build up in your body during times of stress or illness and by stimulating the corresponding nerve endings in the feet the body can be restored to a natural state of balance and good health.
Additionally, crystals are used to clear and balance the seven major chakras, or energy hot-spots, in the body via the feet. Chakras equally drift in and out of balance and aligning them improves physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
What is a treatment like?
You can choose to remain seated or reclined on my luxurious treatment bed. You will be wrapped in warm blankets and soft towels while you listen to relaxing music and enjoy your treatment.
Your feet will be cleansed with hot towels before your choice of wax is used to massage and release muscle tension in the lower legs before moving on to massage and work the reflex points of the feet with crystals. Our feet are always at work and this treatment will leave you feeling like you are walking on a cloud.

A treatment lasts 1 hour and costs £45. Initial treatments will require a full consultation form to be completed to ensure that the reflexology will not interfere with any other treatments or conditions you may have.
All treatments are tailored to your individual needs and last for 1 hour (1hr 15mins for initial treatment). For a longer, deeper experience, add a 30 minute Indian Head Massage, Meridian arm massage or Reiki session to complement your treatment. Click here to book or contact us.
